Kevin has 30 years of experience in the industry from Mammoth Industries, Rupp-Temp Air, Manitowoc, and Despatch Industries. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, a Master's in Business Administration, a certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and a Lean Practitioner Certification. Kevin's role focuses on Lean/Continuous Integration Implementation, Manufacturing and Service Operations, and Engineering Research and Development. He is married, has a daughter and three boys.

Jim Kelley

VP Business Development

Jim brings 29 years of experience from firms like Temp Air, NuTemp, York International, and Aggreko LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master's in Business Administration. His work centers around Merger & Acquisition Integration and Specialty Industrial Market Expansion. When not working, Jim likes to spend time with his wife, his two sons, and his daughter. He also likes outdoor activities such as skiing and playing soccer.

Don Waataja

Engineering Manager

Don has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, shared between his years at Tioga and his time spent owning Solid Swiss Machine, a precision machine shop. After owning Solid Swiss Machine for several years, Don took on a sales role at Tioga and soon found himself involved with many facets of the business, such as sales, service, assembly, and engineering design. As an Engineering Manager, he currently manages Tioga product listings with the CSA and ETL, designs specialty controls for equipment, conducts equipment testing and R&D, and performs a whole host of other duties in his work. In his free time, Don likes to go hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors regardless of the brutal Minnesota winters. Don also enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
